Temperature was uncomfortably cold upon arrival!!! Room lighting was inadequate for its size, making it hard to enjoy the space comfortably.

The room was stunning with a great radio and Nespresso machine. Spacious and clean, it was a good stay.

The room featured a spacious king bed complete with comfortable linens, perfect for a relaxing night. The property boasted a modern design that adds a nice touch to the ambiance, making for a cozy escape.

Traffic noise crept in through the windows, especially if you like fresh air at night, which might not suit those who prefer total silence. Check-in timings left no option for late-night access to your room, and I found no bar service available past 11 PM, which made for a less than ideal end to the evening. For the rate, the room felt somewhat small, and the breakfast could use some improvement, considering the waiting times.

The Hartford suite provided spacious accommodations with a large, comfortable bed and an enormous bathroom. Friendly service complemented the good meal and great breakfast we enjoyed during our stay. The lounge area was inviting, and while there were minor bathroom issues, the overall experience was very enjoyable.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, free parking, and a cozy bar/lounge area. I still remember how the staff offered me a hot drink on my first stay. Every visit feels welcoming, especially with friendly service like Jade's.

The breakfast was a highlight! Freshly cooked and hot with a great selection. The room could've been soundproofed better due to traffic noise. a lovely stay! 😊

The King Room was really comfy with a large, cozy bed. The decor was tasteful and modern, which was nice. the room was next to a busy road, and I could hear the traffic all night, so that was a bit annoying. Shower was great, but some noise issues could definitely disturb light sleepers.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited Vicars Cross Golf Club and had a ball. The room was comfy and well-equipped, and breakfast was tasty! Loved the coffee machine and spacious design. Would recommend the avocado and bacon option. Perfect location and good vibes all around!

One small thing to note, the toilet position wasn't ideal for taller friends, a bit too close to the wall.
